I've been using the Splenda Sugar Blend for baking & noone can tell the difference! They have a converstion chart on the pkg for how much you should use vs reg sugar. (Just don't use it for fudge, doesn't work!) I also substituted reduced fat peanut butter for my choc kisses peanut butter cookies this year and everyone loved them.
