That's a good start. 1-2 lbs a week is good normal weight loss. If something says more than that, its a recipe for failure and thus the yo-yo diet. My advice is be aware of what and how much you are eating. Learn the pattern and stick to it. Plus....excercise! It makes a big difference! I'm still with weight watchers. I have 5 more lbs to get the Oct-Dec weight off. Oy!

I dream about killing people who get between me and my chocolate! Sounds like you're on a roll. Hope you can keep it up!

2.5 pounds is really good. I'm trying to get back on track with my own program.

Don't think I could do Atkins. First thing I learned was that I'm a devoted carbaholic.

You did Awesome!!! Losing 3lbs a week is healthy. That is what I averaged in WW. I dream of ice cream, but I buy the "churned" variety so I can still eat it. 1/2 the fat & it tastes the same to me. Skinny Cow is really good too. Good Luck!!!

Phaaa! Weight loss that's the biggest tragedy of my life. I motivate myself everyday and end up savoring on good food. But your weight loss motivation is I guess has started its wonders on me as well. Thanks! Cheers!
